In exercise of the power conferred by section 9 of the Stamp Act, 1899 (II of 1899), the Government is pleased to remit the duties in respect of mortgage deeds to be created by the loanees against the loans granted by the nationalised and other scheduled bank of Bangladesh for agricultural purpose.
